As most of the other reviewers note, these are poor runners out of the box but still great value and can be fettled into shape. Should be 3 to 3.5 stars but bargain value lifts them especially as the load's included. Buffers not sprung but they look distinctive. Granted, as other said, the load can benefit from weathering and there's the fun in modelling! No accessories but hey, they'll look great on the layout!
Excellent value 4 wagon set, no running problems encountered, bit of weathering added, swift transaction and posting.
Absolutely beautiful model. Been after an O gauge 73 since they came out and when the offer was on I couldn’t resist it. So glad I purchased one. Looks stunning. Just need to test it.
Really its a 3.5 Stars for a few small 'niggles' but the price brings them into perspective at 4* as they are excellent value. I love the sprung buffers as they are great value at this price - but there's no accessory pack with extra couplings etc - Fair enough. Main issue seems to be the poor rolling wheels full of friction. A secondary issue are the feint horizontal moulding lines on the sides which I haven't seen on pics of the prototype. Running on the layout I suspect you wouldn't notice them! It seems to be primarily an issue of poor bearings but also there's some brake drag (needs very gentle easing away from the wheels). They may well benefit from prolonged running in and lubrication (they might run hot !!). I've yet to check back to backs as that might be an issue. Niggles aside they're good models and will look good together in a train. They're ripe for weathering and any experienced modeller may want to make them more realistic: plenty of scope for that!
The future is bright with Accurascale now steering things to the better.
Hi,
The product looks very nice but alas I have to say that the wheels do not rotate freely on the tankers which is a bit dissapointing, If it was Dapol then the tank wagon would have dissappeared on it's own after a gentle push, maybe this is something you may know about.

Quite nice detailing, cool lights, good price at £99, but seems to run a little slow.
Yet another lovely loco in a blue box! The running straight out the box has been perfect, great value loco. It certainly won’t be my last 33 from Heljan.
My second Ruston, a great way to get into O gauge on a budget.
Great loco. Love the way the body is held on to the chassis
Beautifully detailed models and very good value money at £75 for a pack of four. Would have had 5 stars were it not for the reversal of colours in the "Regent" logo, but I was aware of that before I bought them and it's a simple thing to correct.
The railcar is fine a bit noisy in reverse it was a job to get the body off but ok
Four nice models of a more unusual tank wagon, well finished and supplied in a secure box. Great value for money.
Absolute value for money, I’ll be keeping an eye out for more models
Great model, runs perfect out of the box , no issues, Great price for this standard.
Really pleased with the class 73, looks the part although havent run it yet. Hopefully the BR Blue will be available again as i would like another
