クラス47はBR（ブリティッシュ・レイル）車両の中でも最も大量生産された機関車の一つです。これらの機関車は1962年から1968年にかけてBrush TractionとBritish Rail Crewe Worksによって設計・製造されました。西部地域全体で旅客サービスの牽引に使用され、現在でも特別列車として全国各地で運行されています。

Customers praised this OO scale locomotive for its exceptional value, smooth running, and detailed finish. Many noted it "runs beautifully" with low-speed performance and crisp livery. Despite some criticism about minor dimensional accuracy, shoppers found it superior to competitors at £99. Issues included occasional derailment and loose parts, though easily fixed.
A great looking model packed with details. The livery is nice and crisp. It runs really well especially at low speed. A fantastic model for a real bargain price.
Sharp looking Class 47 in what I consider to be a very good rendition of BR blue.

Not as bad as people make out on RMweb, if you believe the rubbish spouted by the rivet counters on there, or video reviewers. e.g. its's 1.89 mm to short across the cab front. Really glaring, I think not.
Out performs in running the latest tool Bachmann 47. Wish I'd taken no notice of the what was said on RMweb in the past about his model and not bought a Crapma... sorry Bachmann.
Need another now, buy one you won't be dissapointed.
Good model Class 47. Had no issues with it and it look nice with a long set of wagons on my layout. Worth getting one now the price has come down.
Lovely model. I still run first gen Heljan 47 and I like the new version but the detail problems put me off paying full price. Very happy with my £99 purchase though. For that price one can overlook the faults.

A nice livery on this model of the OO Gauge Class 47 as I also like the BR Blue livery.
Despite the poor reputation which peceeded this model, for the price that it is now selling at it is good value for money. The loco has been weatherd and pressed into service and pictures posted on social media. Despite the critisism in modelling press, I think that the model is now priced appropriately.
Really pleased with this attractively priced loco. Beautiful runner, colours are spot on and easy to fit Decoder to it.
The Heljan Class 47 delivers far higher build quality and packaging standards than Hornby Railroad at essentially the same price, making it outstanding value. It isn’t perfect — not every wheel is powered or picking up — but the overall experience more than compensates. The model is big, heavy, smooth‑running and free of traction tyres, which gives it a far more refined feel.
A lot of online criticism feels like nit‑picking for the sake of it. In practice, it looks like a Class 47, has the presence you expect, and the dimensional precision is good enough that any tiny deviations are hard to spot unless you’re actively hunting for them. For anyone who prioritises running qualities, weight, and overall robustness, this is a genuinely impressive model that punches well above its price point.
Had to return this one due to one bogie derailing but replacement process was faultless.
Good value and good runner. Easy conversion to DCC sound (factory fitted speakers). Quickly delivered.

Brilliant model
Heljan Class 47 in BR Blue with High Intensity Headlight arrived very quickly and superbly packaged in immaculate condition. This latest tooling is absolutely top-notch, easily equal to (if not surpassing) the Bachmann version. Highly detailed moulding with subtle roof panel differences across the range, highly detailed fan grilles exposing the separately fitted fans and improved headcode panel. A brilliant model at a fantastic price - would definitely recommend!

Read the reviews yes there are some issues with the shape but for£99 it’s a real bargain. Electronics and motor are sound enough. Worth it at this price.
