A lovely model that suits my era well and the sound is great as expected.
VERY PLEASED WITH MY CLASS 47. IT GOES WELL AND IS REALLY GOOD VALUE. MOST IMPRESSED.
Excellent model runs well. Only weakness is plug connecting cars and risk of destroying decoder if it should come into contact with live track.
Excellent models and really good value.
An excellent model of the Class 73 locomotive. I bought this as a static only model as I used to be a Southern Region driver and spent many enjoyable hours driving these locomotives. I intend to display it in an illuminated display case in order to pick out the excellent details on this model and it will take pride of place in my collection.
Everything about the tankers was top quality apart from the couplings. They nearly all fail to join together when shunting. (that also includes the previous molasses tankers that I bought) Problem was solved by fitting Kadee couplings into the NEM sockets.
Got this with the 30% spin and win promo so ended up being £140 which considering it has a high spec ESU loksound 5 sound project in it is impressive. Yes the shape is off, though in this livery i only notice it looking face on so again for 140, its fine. Its nicley painted, full cab interior with light, sounds pretty good and runs very smoothly. Very happy with it
A nice enough model, but I thought the shade of BR blue a bit dark. The power connecting plug and socket were fiddly to join together, and even when joined it was difficult to position the wires; the unit kept derailing when the trailer car was leading. So the placing of the wires are crucial. And why does the model need traction tyres? On a positive note, the model runs very smoothly indeed, and it's excellent how you can easily remove the body as it's held on with magnets. Overall, I'm happy with it for the price I paid. No way would I have paid the original asking price though.
A really lovely little model that runs beautifully from the box. A stay alive is definitely a need, it's a bit of a squeeze but you can get one in the cab infront of the desk without it being seen. Mine has been very heavily weathered and it really shows off the detail
I guess the only negative is the cab light may as well not be there, and more of the marker lights could be illuminated but it does at least mean I have a project to add them in!
Great model, extremely smooth runner and nice to see the BR blue is an improvement on earlier versions that were a little too dark.
Very good value for money, and the quality is first class for such a small model with very good running performance. I think a second Class 02 might be on the cards to purchase, if any are left!
Great service arrived very quickly and well packed. This class 73 is one of the best o gauge locomotives around with so many added detail parts and loverly etched grilles and I love that it has shoe gear that can be dropped into place. A cracking loco for a small price.
I love these locos I lived on the Wesr Coast Mainline at Tamworth and remember them when built. The loco runs smoothly and the colour is correct. Good price too !!
As with the BR large logo blue Class 73 already purchased the recently purchased class 73 in Inter City Executive livery is just a superb model, the livery is really sharp and expertly aplied, the detail all over the model is fantastic and the running straight out of the box is superb, it is smooth, quiet and will run at a very slow crawl speed.
I think with out doubt one of the best 0 gauge modern image locos to date.
I am really very pleased with the Class 73 model.

I’m very happy with my Dutch 26. It captures the real locos nicely with good detail and livery application. I picked up a pair of catfish wagons to go with it which are also very nice. And an absolute bargain with the spin the wheel discounts.
Wonderful product, superior to anything I could produce myself.
Another superb model. Cheaper than a kit and far better than I could build it !
