One of the most famous ‘celebrity Peaks’ of the late 1980s, 45104 received a remarkable array of depot-applied embellishments during its final years. These included checkerplate nameplates, black cab surrounds, white window frames, orange warning stripes, Network SouthEast flashes and high-intensity headlights.
Our model captures the locomotive in its final and most distinctive guise, as seen on railtours, enthusiast specials and depot open days during 1987 and 1988.
