Customers praised this weathered OO scale wagon as "great value" with "superb detail" and included pipe load. While most find it "lovely" and "well detailed," some reported issues with wheel cleanliness, squeaky bogies, stiff couplings, and poor running out of the box. The weathering is "lightly" applied, suitable for further customization.
Great cargo wagon at £29.99. Buy a few as I did and you get 10% off off that and the price drops to £27.99. Unbeatable value for a really quality model supplied with its load. Must be 5/5. Sam are you watching ? Yes value.
The second one of these I've bought. Like the first it's a poor runner out of the box (wheels don't run freely and couplings are stiff.) However it's a very good looking wagon, very well detailed and well worth the money now being asked.
Very good waggon 5 out of 5
A lovely well detailed model, complete with detachable pipe load.
A great wagon to add to the collection
Attractive model, lightly weathered, looks great.
Delivery quite fast and properly packaged this time.
BUT two issues - firstly the couplings are very stiff, the moving arm doesn't move freely and one coupling seems to be completely seized (and too low). Secondly this is not very free running and thus very noisy. I'll be looking to resolve these issues myself - had this been at the original retail price I would have returned it.
Again, looks wonderful, feels weighty in the hand - great they are weathered and have the loads
Very happy. Great value
Issues such as squeaking from one bogie / axle need to be investigated.
Purchase these two CARGOWAGGON Flats at a very good price ,, could do with the Heljan Dogfish wagons been released again .
I THINK THESE CARGOWAGGONS ARE GREAT. I OBTAINED 4 OF THESE WAGONS BACK IN 2012 AND JUST ADDED ANOTHER 3 SO IT LOOKS GREAT A RAKE A RAKE OF SEVEN.
Wheels a little squeaky. Will need some investigation but the run reasonably well
I like the wagon and finish but immediately had a problem changing couplings as the cranked drawbar is too weak at the corner to take the effort needed to unclip the existing coupling from the NEM housing. ...result. a broken drawbar and a repair to make...
Great price, great wagons! A welcome addition to the layout.
WOULD HAVE BEEN 5 STAR BUT WHEN WEATHERED YOU DID NOT CLEAN THE WHEELS,IT WAS LIKE IT WAS STUCK IN GLUE
Excellent service and item at a great price
So pleased with this model superbly detailed and weathered
Nice wagons and a very good price compared to the original release. I think the weathering on this model is reasonably constrained and will form a good basis for further work. Good VFM.
